What are the requirements under GDPR?

Goodfeed processes certain data collected through the platform for product and service development purposes. In this context, Goodfeed acts as the data controller. Additionally, Goodfeed provides the platform as a data processor, while our customer is the data controller for any processing that occurs when the customer (and its users) utilize the platform. As a customer, you determine whether feedback should be provided anonymously or on a personal level. This also means that you, as the customer, must have a legal basis for processing personal data on the platform and ensure that everyone whose personal data you process on the platform is informed about it. When you enter into an agreement with Goodfeed, we also establish a data processing agreement to regulate the processing of personal data and outline the commitments and responsibilities of each party in this regard.

Do you offer customer support in multiple languages?

Yes, we offer customer support in both Swedish and English, in order to be able to help all our users in the best way possible.

How do I contact support?

How can I book a demo?

Who is behind Goodfeed?

Goodfeed was founded in 2022 by Henrik and Andréa, both of whom have backgrounds as lawyers. They saw a clear potential in how most consulting firms manage their client relationships and decided to create a platform that would help companies work more structured and long-term with their customer relationships.

Can Goodfeed integrate with our existing tools and systems?

Goodfeed is a standalone platform for the entire feedback process. However, the platform is built with future integration opportunities in mind, which means we plan to support integrations with other tools and systems in the future.

Can I customize Goodfeed to suit my business needs?

Goodfeed offers a base model based on carefully selected KPIs and queries tailored to the consulting industry. There is also flexibility in the platform where questions can be tailored to the specific needs of the company.

What features does Goodfeed offer?

Goodfeed offers a range of features, including automated feedback-loops, data collection, and advanced analytics tools for customer and project follow-ups. The platform consists of an internal part for team feedback and an external part for customer feedback. This makes it possible to follow up both customers and teams in an integrated way.

Is there a free trial?

No, we do not offer a free trial. However, we offer a pilot period where you can test all functions for a limited time (3-6 months) on a number of customers and projects. No binding periods or the like, but you decide for yourself whether you want to continue the cooperation or not. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate whether Goodfeed is the right solution for your business before committing to a longer period of time.

How much does Goodfeed cost?

Does the platform support multiple languages?
