We've met Nathalie Trang - “We can always get better”

We talk about how SEVR Accounting looks at customer relationships and why it is important to work proactively.

To begin with, we asked Nathalie to explain to us what SEVR Accounting actually does a little short - and here's the answer:

At SEVR Accounting, the customer is always the focus and we are the personal accounting firm with a focus on digital solutions and proactive advice. SEVR Accounting is part of SEVR - a knowledge house dedicated to helping the entrepreneur with the right financial management solution. Either with a complete solution or with individual parts based on its unique needs. With us, you always get the right support from outstanding people, whether you are a large or small company.

So nice to meet you Nathalie! How does your morning start an ordinary day as CEO at SEVR Accounting?

Great to meet you with! My morning starts with a cup of coffee and to go through what is expected of me that particular day. My days look different depending on the season and where we as SEVR are in at the moment.

We have recently landed in our new beautiful premises on Fredsgatan in Gothenburg — which we are looking forward to growing in. Last week we had kickoff with SEVR from all over Sweden, and there has been a lot of planning and work around this. It was a lot of fun to meet everyone and to be able to see what a fun journey SEVR has ahead of them.

What would you say sets you apart from other players in the industry?

We usually describe ourselves as Lego pieces, we offer a solution where you can choose to build our service based on the customer's needs right there and then.

We want to focus on creating added value for our customers by being able to offer exactly what the customer needs.

Then we can grow with the customer by being the ball board and being able to help in their growth journey. As our customer, you always get the right support of outstanding people who can be complemented with technical solutions. We do not have a long history, but each of us has long and solid experience in helping companies and entrepreneurs over time — for the best possible results.

You say that you often come in as a “mini-finance department” with your clients. You mentioned that you therefore need to get even closer to your customers - why is that so important?

It is important for us to be able to help our customers navigate and understand the requirements and regulations that are expected of them from authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Companies Registration Office. It is not easy to know what is required when you, as an entrepreneur, really want to spend time and energy on building your business.

At SEVR, we want to free up that time and can thus help early on with tips on how to work digitally and efficiently by using the digital solutions available on the market today.

Entrepreneurs become more familiar with their numbers and we can help create interactive power-bi reports according to the customer's industry and needs, where you can get up-to-date figures that entrepreneurs can quickly make decisions on. We want to be able to be a ball board to do what is required but also to be involved in creating added value.

You talk a lot about working proactively and not acting too late. How is it that Goodfeed came up?

We are a digital accounting firm and much of our work takes place remotely - for better or for worse.

Through our partnership with Goodfeed, we can get to know the customer better and work more proactively to improve our work.

We want to grow and we do that by getting quick and easy feedback. We can always improve and we do that by working closely with our customers. That's what we think Goodfeed offers with its smooth and interactive solution — we look forward to this collaboration!
