We talk about how SEVR Accounting looks at customer relationships and why it is important to work proactively.
To start, we asked Nathalie to briefly explain what SEVR Accounting does, and here’s her response:
At SEVR Accounting, our focus is always on the customer. We are a personal accounting firm dedicated to digital solutions and proactive advice. SEVR Accounting is part of SEVR, a knowledge house committed to providing entrepreneurs with the right financial management solutions, whether through a complete package or individual services tailored to their unique needs. With us, you will always receive the right support from exceptional professionals, regardless of whether you run a large or small company.
So nice to meet you, Nathalie! How does your typical morning as the CEO of SEVR Accounting begin?
It’s great to meet you too! My morning starts with a cup of coffee while I review what is expected of me for that particular day. My daily schedule varies depending on the season and where we are as SEVR at that moment. We have recently moved into our beautiful new office on Fredsgatan in Gothenburg, where we look forward to growing. Last week, we held a kickoff event with SEVR representatives from across Sweden, which involved a lot of planning and preparation. It was exciting to connect with everyone and see the wonderful journey that lies ahead for SEVR.
What do you think sets you apart from other players in the industry?
We often describe ourselves as Lego pieces. We offer a solution where clients can build our services based on their immediate needs. Our focus is on creating added value for our customers by providing precisely what they require at any given moment. This approach allows us to grow alongside our clients, serving as their sounding board and supporting them in their growth journey. As our customer, you always receive outstanding support from experienced professionals, complemented by innovative technical solutions. Although we are relatively new, our team members have extensive experience in helping companies and entrepreneurs achieve the best possible results.
You mention that you often function as a “mini-finance department” for your clients. Why is it essential to get closer to your customers?
It is crucial for us to assist our clients in navigating and understanding the requirements and regulations set forth by authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Entrepreneurs often find it challenging to know what is expected of them when they want to devote their time and energy to building their businesses. At SEVR, we aim to free up that time by providing early guidance on how to work digitally and efficiently using available digital solutions. We help entrepreneurs become more familiar with their financials by creating interactive Power BI reports tailored to their industry and needs. This way, they can access up-to-date data to make swift decisions. We want to serve as a sounding board, ensuring compliance while also adding value.
You emphasize the importance of being proactive rather than reactive. How did your partnership with Goodfeed come about?
As a digital accounting firm, much of our work occurs remotely, for better or worse. Our partnership with Goodfeed allows us to get to know our customers better and work more proactively to enhance our services.
We aim to grow, and we achieve that by obtaining quick and easy feedback. Continuous improvement is our goal, and we do this by collaborating closely with our customers. We believe Goodfeed offers an effective and interactive solution, and we look forward to this collaboration!
