This is the clear conclusion drawn from LinkedIn's latest global report on the most in-demand skills in the job market for 2024. “Personal skills will become increasingly vital for individual career development,” predicts Aneesh Raman from LinkedIn. “Collaboration among people will play a more central role in business growth.”
A recent LinkedIn survey found that 9 out of 10 global executives agree that “soft skills” are more important than ever. It’s no surprise, then, that communication tops the list of the most sought-after skills in 2024. 🙋
